I participated in the AI and Digital Transformation in Government training programme, organised by the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School in strategic partnership with UNESCO.
Designed globally to equip public sector executives and professionals for the AI era, this programme entails a comprehensive and intensive curriculum of approximately 12 hours, delivered in a fully online and asynchronous format.
The programme aims to foster in-depth competence in critical areas such as AI ethics, data governance, inclusive public service design, and digital leadership. With a specific focus on transparency, accountability, and risk management in algorithmic decision-making processes, the training emphasises that technology must be managed not merely as a tool, but through a responsible strategy that prioritises the public good. The strategic framework presented in this course is of paramount importance for developing human-centric, equitable, and trustworthy public policies in an increasingly digitalised world.
