I successfully completed the Training of Trainers (ToT) Certificate Programme, organised by the Istanbul University Continuing Education Application and Research Center, and earned my certificate.
Designed to enhance the pedagogical competencies of professional trainers and enable them to be much more effective in knowledge transfer processes, this training entails a comprehensive and intensive curriculum of 75 hours, delivered in a fully online and asynchronous format. Taking place between 12 January and 15 February 2026, this programme involves an active learning process that blends theory and practice.
The programme aims to foster in-depth competence in critical areas such as instructional design, adult education, effective communication, classroom management, and the use of technology in education. With a specific focus on determining strategies suited to participants’ learning styles, designing interactive training processes, developing visual materials, and measurement-evaluation methods, the training emphasises that theoretical knowledge must be put into practice through applied models. The framework presented in this training is of paramount importance for managing educational processes not merely as a one-way transfer of knowledge, but with a lifelong learning vision and an innovative strategy aligned with institutional goals.
